The simplest way is the form beside this text, or a phone call. Four things help us reply usefully: your date or a rough range, the number of people, the language you would like, and roughly how much time you have. We will come back with a suggested route and a price.

We normally reply the same day. If your visit is still some way off there is plenty of room to fine-tune the details. If it is in the next day or two, add a phone number and we will sort it out faster by talking.

Booking early matters most when the tour is to include museums with timed tickets. The Rynek Underground, Schindler’s Factory and the Wawel exhibitions all admit visitors at set times and can sell out in season. The earlier we know, the better the chance of a convenient slot.

We agree the meeting point with you. Usually it is an easily found spot in the centre, or your hotel if that suits you better. We confirm the details by e-mail and you have the guide’s direct number on the day.
